For in-person attendance on the conference dates, please note that only registered participants will be granted entry. Unregistered companions will not be permitted to attend.
Prerequisites for Joining Zoom Events
To participate in Zoom sessions, please ensure you meet the following requirements:
- Windows: Version 5.8.6 or higher
- macOS: Version 5.8.6 or higher
- iOS: Version 5.8.6 or higher
- Android: Version 5.8.6 or higher
- Sign in to your email account and locate the Zoom Event session invitation email.
- Open the invitation email, which contains session details, your event ticket, and a verification code.
- Click “Join Session.”
- Note: The direct join link is linked to your assigned session. Clicking it will direct you to the session after verification.
- Enter the verification code from your email on the “Enter Verification Code” page.
- Click “Join.”
- Ensure the Zoom app is installed before the event. If not, follow the on-screen prompts to install it when you click the join link.
- Access Zoom Events via the desktop client, mobile app, or the event detail page.
A Basic, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education Zoom account is required.
